 offers a unique opportunity for small businesses\, providing direct access
  to State and local officials\, small business development partners and po
 tential contracting partners. The symposium also will offer workshops\, re
 sources and programs designed specifically to help small businesses thrive
  in Georgia!  A major goal of the symposium is to encourage relationship-
 building that leads to small businesses competing for and doing business w
